iPad Point of Sale for Restaurants
The National Restaurant Association show is happening right now in Chicago, it is arguably the restaurant and hospitality industry’s most comprehensive trade show. It is no surprise that one of the hottest things being showcased on the technology front this year are iPad-based POS Systems.

One provider launching an iPad POS Sytem this year is Revel Systems. The company provides SaaS-based enterprise software solutions for the restaurant and retail industry that run on an Apple iPad and other Apple mobile devices. The Revel Systems’ POS System provides a complete front to back of house system that manages everything from menus and ingredients to order- taking, secure payment processing, real-time reporting and inventory management.

"What makes Revel Systems unique is the centralized management capability aimed at managing and monitoring multiple store locations, franchises and retail chains—all from one management console website. In other words, you can link an unlimited number of iPad terminals together across multiple store or restaurant locations through a cloud server network, says Lisa Falzone, CEO of Revel Systems. "From small business to enterprise, we do it all. Our simple yet robust POS solution was designed to accommodate your needs."

The Revel Systems’ POS system includes state-of-the-art mainstream hardware including key components from Apple, Epson, Magtek, APG and Vantage Point. Pre-configured, tested and packaged as a complete system, it’s easy to self install, upload data and use.

You can see the system in the technology area at booth # 5269 from May 21st – 24th at the NRA 2011 show in Chicago, IL.
